When I have a problem, I call ebay, I have found you go to help then contact. ask contact phone number, then try give me phone number. 866-643-1588 is the usual phone number but the give pin to use. I believe you can call and still eventually get to a human. to be a top rated seller you have to get near perfect Dishonest scam ratings from every buyer. Also you cannot say anything in your listing the reveal how dishonest ebay is. To me the real intent of the ebay dishonest scam rating is getting sellers to give free shipping to get ebay more revenue. on ebay I list as toms3d. All listing have my email and phone. From direct buyer contact I often get sales using a direct paypal invoice. By discounting the ebay fees one is far more price competitive.
