Dow -$224. BP +$1.01. BP goes ex-dividend tomorrow... that might account for some of the pop. However, the market seems to think this spill won't be the disaster initially suggested... BP is suggesting that injection if dispersants under water is helping, the light crude breaking down in the warm water, minimal amounts have come ashore so far, the dome will be in place ahead of schedule... guarded optimism seems to be the word.
