For what it is worth, I have some information on NUKO that the SI members seem to be missing. I'm not a member of the SI net; therefore, can't respond there.

The current selling of shares by BK was again due to margin calls. Merrill Lynch forced the issue and made him cover. He by no means wanted to give up his shares at this price. He has a very large stake in NUKO. If he has anything to do with it, this company will not go down the toilet because he goes with it. Of more importance tho: Cisco, ADC, and Oracle have fairly large stacks in NUKO and made the requirement that NUKO cut staff again. I believe they currently have about 80 people which will now
be reduced to 40 people. Mostly in the management end not the technical end of the company. Why, you ask? Because Cisco, ADC, & Oracle are planning on putting people on NUKO's board of Directors. Since each one of them has a stake in the company they want more control. Personnally I think this is a good thing! The only glitch I see in this whole thing is, if NUKO doesn't get off of their duffs, then Cisco may just buy NUKO out from underneath them, they are certainly big enuf and bad enuf to do so. Ju
st conjecture tho... This information doesn't help project the future price of NUKO but maybe it can help relieve some of the stress this company has been causing the investors as of late! Take it for what it is worth.
