A top oil industry analyst was just on CNBC and said if the out of control BP Gulf oil well could not be capped (and there was a chance that it might not be able to be capped in his opinion), that the ultimate oil discharge could be 1 billion+ barrels...that has the potential to turn the entire Gulf of Mexico into a dead sea -- that's the worst case scenario and BP would never have the financial resources to deal with the long term implications if that ever happened...We all better hope that the so called "experts" can cap this oil well -- and sooner rather than later.

Remember that Atlantic Hurricane Season starts around June 1st, 4 weeks from today. What do you think 100 MPH winds and 30 foot seas are going to do to this massive oil spill?

It could be a whole new level of bad.
