I had never considered shorting until I did it accidentally. Now, it intrigues me. Please post more.
Even good stocks: if I'd sold nextel at 30 instead of buying it at 30, I could have made some money buying it back at 25. And then bought my 300 shares there too. (Of course I thought it was going up, why else would I have bought it???)
I appreciate all information and points of view!
