Burning in that location can be used when the wind is blowing away from Grand Isle LA as it was for the first week or so after the it started.

why those skimmers are still not available...maybe would use too much of oil company profits..?

Its not skimmers that aren't available its a specialized kind of boom made to withstand burns.
