Most advocates of limited government believe that disaster recovery should be handled by government. Okay. Let the state gov'ts of FLA, MISS and ALA handle the problem. Leave the feds of out of it. FLA, MISS and ALA need to stand on their own two feet like they demand of the poor. After all, this isn't like a hurricane or a quake......they are still functioning without interference.
