Dynamite FFO growth in 3 stocks after the close today. SPK from .55 to .66 - 20% FFO growth! trading 10% below high URB from .62 to .73 - 18% FFO growth! trading 10% below high WKS from .52 to .60 - 15% FFO growth! trading 15% below high For value players, URB, AML, SPK, SIZ, RPT, & PAG are trading with very low FFO multiples considering their growth rates. Found out why QZARF was doing so poorly. Chapter 11. It's amazing that a company can make money every quarter for 2 years in a row and then go belly up. Looks like I need to look at debt on the microcaps that appear incredibly undervalued. Still, the stock price showed the true story. Panic selloff in the last week took 50% off the price. Richard
