So when the Feds decided to tax machine guns, destructive devices and siliencers, they amended the Constitution right? Thats the whole problem as you pointed out, activist judges being bored by their plain and simple of jobs of simply filling in the blanks in legislation and the constitution, commpletely rewrite the documents! They are not elected politicians. They should be impeached for overstepping their position descriptions!
