FVE...no, Obamacare is not much of an issue...P/BV is there as are other value measures...their price range, $149/day, won't be affected much, if at all...and like the UK, folks who can afford better care will buy it...most of FVE revenue is from living facilities, not nursing. What different place would these folks live in with Obamacare? The model may change slightly, but the demand is there and will only increase (although entry barriers are minimal). Management seems on the ball and should adjust to market changes quickly.
