Look when it comes to anything the judges don't like they now have these ridiculous test of say frangiblity and if even something is made or grown in-state for intrastate use, these dope judges have already ruled that anything that could POTENTIALLY enter interstate commerce comes under the commerce clause. Well that is EVERYTHING. They could ban reproduction in marriage because the child could someday move to another state and be a productive citizen! The liberal judges have declared that the Govt is all powerful and those that are taxed are their feudal society and if you point this out you are a terrorist!
