bankers are not evil-doers Oh yes they are. If they dishonour the trust placed in them they are the worst of evil doers. The guys who bought all the crapola failed, and there are no excuses at all. The ones who just simply blundered need to be driven out of the business and steps taken that they don't return. The bar of competency needs lifting. I doubt those measures will cover the main problem though. Where crimes have been committed, prosecutions need to be made and criminals need to be jailed. The whole business needs to be cleaned up.
