I'm in favor of Cymer buying back its shares and announcing its
timeframe. This would send a "strong" signal to Wall Street and
investors that the stock is undervalued and the future looks
bright. I never heard of a company (Intel) that bought back shares in secret and never revealed that activity until after the fact. Are you sure this is what happened? It makes no sense to me.
