I am in this stock, for me, fairly substantially. With respect to the warrants, I would caution you to read the 10KSB, May 9, 1997 with respect to the capacity for Midland to reduce the "exercise Price" When I called Wayne Duke to elaborate the meaning of the clause. He referred me to a Tuscon attorney, who has not returned my call for three days. As a question of my potential exposure, at a purchase at 1/8, I am not concerned. However, I would appreciate those of you, who are purchasing warrannts, or thinking of doing so, to read the 10KSB, and call for an explanation, as if this stock starts to move, the exit place becomes important. I realize in placing this concern on our plate, I may lower the competitive exit price, but for me the purpose of these threads is sharing information to make reasoned decisions. Take care and spread wealth and good will. |
