Ed, Doral (DRLY): it looks like Alamo is serious this time... marketwatch.com It looks they're actually going to pull through... Alamo stands to lose $250,000 if they back out now. Doral's book value is .12/share per last 10k. It seems logical to me drly is at least worth that, no? I don't really know how much upside potential exists if they close the deal, but being debt free seems positive to me! Dr.I
