Am trying to get a handle on this stock. With the recent upside "surprises" from YHOO, LCOS, AMZN, etc. I am sure that the earnings from AOL will be quite a bit higher than the consensus estimate. This is to be expected in light of the heavy insider selling that has been going on the past few months -- for fear of lawsuits. Question is what is the story being told the momentum players to justify the insider selling. Am also curious about how much of their revenue/earnings come from outside of the US, and the impact of the strong dollar, turmoil in the Far East on these numbers.

The most recent Barron's has this as one of the most overvalued stocks in the opinion of the money managers, but it has quite a few strong buy recommendations and is obviously being bought by these same money managers. Guess all these internet stocks will keep going up until all the shorts capitulate. Long-term puts seems to be the only way to play this one, but the darn things are too expensive !!
