Sure....

People always will get rich, and people always will get poor but one thing will remain true regardless of the individuals in either slot:

In aggregate, the *rich* will ALWAYS have a greater portion of their incomes free for investment purposes.

By definition, many of the poor are simply living hand-to-mouth... without surplus let over for investments.

(So CONSUMPTION TAXES will always affect them disproportionately to the folks at the other end of the wealth spectrum....)
