Sergio, I also called the co. today, spoke with CFO's assistant.(Lisa) CFO was out at the time. First off Lisa said that the company officers felt bad about the way the conversion took place. " Very poor, for which they are concerned". Lisa did not "think" that a PR firm had been hired yet, but knew that plans were in the works. She took my other questions, regarding earnings and SSSS, stated that she would find out for me and call back tomorrow. Sorry I could not get more, but I would rather speak to the "horse" than the rider. I do plan on speaking with Mr. D. tomorrow as I will be home all day. regards Ken W
