IMHO, 12/1/96 w/be 3 bucks. Why?

1. Jul-Sep Rev/Earnings w/be out;

2. All 10 switches w/be installed decreasing the "back-haul" costs (origination AND termination) from major cities not near the existing 5 switches;

3. Lents/Kelman/Booth/Salinas et al will be more "synergized" and will have had time to work on their LR Plan, learn each other's businesses better, find fits within each others niches;

4. TWT will have expanded to full 'Net coverage with "POP's" in all cities above 50,000 in population... maybe even a deeper penetration;

None of us have a crystal ball nor do we have 20/20 foresight, but I sincerely believe that the above factors will more than offset the markets concerns regarding Reg S, Preferred conversion dilution, etc.

Unless I hear otherwise, I'll Nuke the website bpli.com summarizing your poll of 12/1 estimates. The site: stockmaster.com can do the same thing for us if we'll all vote bull/bear at the bottom of the site.
