Nope, repeatable is not a requirement in single case design studies. Anecdotal evidence has been an accepted standard at the University level for a long time. Its ok with me if you don't think it should be an accepted standard, but try saying that on an American Campus where social research is being performed and you will be ousted as a RWE infiltrator.
