"Suspects" isn't some due process process procedure that can be used to deprive you of property or rights. These Govt lists are notoriously inaccurate and you cannot challenge the Govt's obvious mistakes, like 3 years olds and 80 year old grandmothers being on the lists. Heck Ted Kennedy was on a list. You cannot deprive people of anything, property, rights, etc. without due process. Hell, look at the reports being given out to Homeland Security and Police Officer's classifying any ex-veteran a suspected future domestic terrorist. Bingo...you go on a list. Saying something negative about Odumble..you go on a list. Go to a TEA party ralll...you go on a list. This is a political enemies list not a terror watchlist.
