Obama Administration Removed Faisal Shahzad From No-Fly List By Rob Port on no fly list Say Anything blog Apparently he’d been on the list between 2004 and 2008, but was removed by the Department of Homeland Security at some point after Obama took office. Jim Hoft has additional updates including news that the FBI questioned the purchaser of Shahzad’s apartment in 2004. After the partisan war over whether or not President Bush could have prevented the 9/11 attacks, expect this issue to explode.
