I agree!

Errors have often been found on the Terrorism Watch Lists.

But --- the no-buy rule applies RIGHT NOW for convicted felons, so why not for persons accused of terrorism on the Terrorism Watch List?

(And, you are wrong about at least one point: As the article clearly pointed out, the proposed legislation would establish an APPEALS PROCESS for anyone on the terrorism watch list who wanted to challenge his denial of a gun purchase.)

Hell... I'd (and I bet a whole lot of law enforcement and national security professionals would too!) LIKE TO SEE some terrorist show up in a federal court to 'challenge' his denial of a gun purchase.

That would give us an easy opportunity to ARREST the wanted terrorist! :-)
