Right, an appeals process. You have to take the Govt to court and spend $100K to get a right back that was deprived without due process. Great idea Buddy and Congress. If the people on these lists are so dangerous, surely, they'd be in jail for some crime, like assault, theft, extortion or even shoplifting; but notice they aren't, and many live in the United States. This demonstrates perfectly that the list is really a political enemies list, those who have stated their opposition to the status quo of politics.
