So... if your heartstrings are being tugged so much by those poor pitiful terrorists then simply amend the proposed legislation so the appeals process is easier/cheaper for them.

(I'd STILL like the opportunity to arrest any terrorists who are stupid enough to actually show up in a court room to challenge they denial of a gun or bomb-making purchase though! <g>)
