Yep. It's unfolding like we all knew it would. This is ugly and could get worse. I think people are just now starting to realize that the sub-prime derivatives meltdown was just a prelude to the sovereign debt derivatives meltdown. The scale will be unimaginable if it pans out. I hope they can find a way to derail this thing to save the markets.
