I wouldn't be surprised.. I also wouldn't be surprised if the thing is spilling OUTSIDE the casing.. Between the wall rock and the casing due to a LOUSY cementing job and that could become a catastrophe, if not already is, as that, the bore wall rock, wears down so damn fast it could quickly swallow up anything sent down including their upside down funnel. This is a worth a try though, imo......
This is based upon my drilling experience as being a project manager on numerous drilling projects, not as a engineer, but above that, on my own projects, just making sure everything is in order..
