In discretionary accounts, you dolt. That means he buys without talking to his clients. That is what makes your post so ludicrous. No complaince department in the world would allow buying that much of a penny stock, particularly when it would appear he'd own a huge chunk of the company and be subject to 13-D filings. You look pretty foolish on that one.
