Yes they certainly do!

(Probably the highest level of tax fraud in all of Europe... and with tax rates lower then the average in Europe too.)

Corruption seems built into the system there everywhere one looks.

(Even the revenue agents are heavily implicated in the bribery, and entire professions count tax fraud as the norm for their profession.)

And... didn't you just post an article a couple of days back that said tax fraud wasn't a big problem in Greece? <g>
