thank you henry, for confirming my thoughts below; that any current price reductions are made with a view to inventory clearance; they are not the response to any "price war" issue. it is only fair that we occasionally draw attention to wdc strengths... god knows, we have had more than enough reason to be discouraged lately, i am (almost) elated by the glimmer of a reversal... we may not know when exactly, but this company will transcend finally its downtrodden state. and, when it does, it will do so with convincing strength.
