Apparently Caveat Emptor no longer applies to home and other transactions. Why should it? Under qualified people are allowed to purchase (then default) on homes willy nilly under this regime's policies.

Regarding control of what you can or must do, a few days ago on the thread I commented on computer chips which would track your car as you drive under the guise of helping vehicle manufacturers. In reality, it is a bigger insurance company issue for pricing policies and a big law enforcement issue to nab you for driving infractions.

Freedom is no longer an important part of living in America. Socialism and control of how you think, how you breathe, what you eat, what you drive, what "art" you are required to view and admire, what you can say about people who are unauthorized in this country, where your child goes to school, which national flag can be worn without a school administrator imposed restriction and who can share your foxhole on the battlefield. The loss of freedom is considerably deeper than these few items.

November 2010 is the most important off year election in memory. I hope people are truly paying attention to what has been done and what is being said by the MSM, the liberal congress and the regime.
