Even the words vary hardly at all. The cognitive application of freethought is known as freethinking, and practitioners of freethought are known as freethinkers." That is what a freethinker is and does. I have looked through lists of HUNDREDS of freethinkers and have never found one who was not a benefactor to humankind. And one would not expect to find such a one. It should be obvious to even a fifth grader that no ranking communist party member is eligible. Indeed, Communism is a polar opposite to free thinking. To even suggest that an IDEOLOGUE is a "Freethinker" is to embarrass yourself before decent society. Like maybe an atheist is a Christian? Why not swallow all those funny pills?
