Bateman,

I think that this is the kind of target that a few of us here are expecting. But this is investing and not trading, for 7 years is a heck of a long time. We'll probably will go through DRAM cost cycles, technology new changes, and all the fear/uncertainty relating to them.

Technicaly still, the stock is still trading under its 200EMA, that may be a little early to buy.
