ISEE Sentiment fell all last week into historic bearish extremes...both on a daily basis and on the 10dMA. It would appear that the high levels of bullish sentiment two weeks ago correctly signaled a market topping process..and the current level of bearish sentiment appears to be signaling a market bottoming process now underway...
