1st Qtr Conference Call Notes Summary: DGLY expects to report record revenue and operating income for 2010 based upon only projected DVM sales. It does not include sales from its recently newly launched FirstVu system which should start to significantly contribute to the bottom line in 3rd and 4th qtr. 2011 revenue and earnings should significantly exceed 2010 record projections based upon new products being launched in 2010 which will target larger markets (Body Cameras for police and security guards/other segments, License Plate Recognition for Homeland Defense, Thermal Imaging for Police Departments, speed related radar products for Police Departments, DVM-250 for school bus, taxicab, and personal auto markets) Key Points Made: + Core Domestic Business is $6M per qtr + Company announced a contract with a South American country for 700 DVM-750 units (approx $3.5M)with a potential follow-on contract for an additional 1,000 units valued at over $5M + Company announced an initial order with a Middle Eastern Country and an invitation to bid on a much larger contract + CEO commented that he is confident that company will report record revenues and operating income because of the orders announced and the orders soon to be announced (written to company specs) + Gross Margin is improving
