(Bit early for personal memory, wouldn't it be? I mean I couldn't tell you --- from my OWN RECOLLECTION --- where I first saw light. Would have to take someone ELSE'S word for it. :-)

Anyway... like I said would make absolutely no difference as far as constitutional eligibility goes anyway....
