From what I can gather Novell management believe they have a superior product in 4.1.1. But as was said about George Bush, its the vision thing. Where is it? Has anybody seen it at Novell?
For example Novell has lately jumped into the Intranet market with Netware Web Server. It is a free download if you already have 4.1 or 4.1.1. But what if you don't have either, that is you are a potential new customer. You should see the confusion at Novell marketing central. It talk to Charlie talk to Sam, fill out a form and thank you mam. They have no coherent approach for this situation.
A company that doesn't know how to sell its products to new customers and exploit new market niches to get new customers has some serious problems.
