There are tell tale signs and characteristics like speaking in complete sentences and being able to discuss policy issues.

No matter what historians tell me, but Harry Truman was not well educated nor was Lyndon B Johnson.

I may disagree with the policies of Richard Nixon but he was a smart sob. Ronald Reagan on the other hand was a dummy.

If you tell me that you think Sarah Palin is well educated tells me a lot about your thinking abilities - but that is just my opinion.
