Cheryl, Thank you again for the research. I was planning on calling them myself in the morning to verify a few things that I haven't already. I probably will still call as is my nature. The fact that they are not going to increase the total number of shares relieves my greatest worry. I didn't want a market flooded with additional shares to dilute it's potential growth. Even though the quarterly earnings dates correspond to a calender year I thank you for verifying the calender year end as the corporations "year end". A note: From the S.I. thread on "5 dollars and under with ongoing earnings" the first response mentioned Dec 21st as the actual year end date. I've ask Jason (originator of post) to tell us where this information came from so that we can verify this from the source. I'm a newby to pennies but still have invested in about 10K shares (most of my pennies money) in this stock based on fundementals and research.
