Greg and Allan - I agree that something is up with the convertible holders since they haven't been shorting heavily. The mystery is since CDRD couldn't get agreement to roll over all the convertible preferred into new preferred the first time around and they haven't announced any progress on their second attempt, why aren't the convertible holders slashing, burning, pillaging and raping right away so they can move on to the next victim? Every time I think about covering at a loss I think about no revenue, no earnings, dubious financing, no personnel to market the service, no firm programming lined up, a $10 month subscription price...this should be a no-brainer to short. We may have to wait a while, you are right. Come what may November 14, I will still be here. Good luck all.
