while I agree with the list you provided, this list misses out on folks like Charlie Rangel, John Conyers etc.<<

Forget the personalities and personal failings and look at their voting records! Their voting records are what affect us all.

And the voting records as they affect the general welfare of the people, comparing your list to mine, is night and day, in spades.
