The question is, where's the moat. Apple has been doing a good job of thinking up new devices, getting a jump on everyone else, and continuing to innovate to stay ahead ... but ... that's a pretty tough paradigm. When the iPod was new, it was the only game in town and it took a while for people to catch up, especially since Apple kept raising the bar ... but now, isn't it mostly a commodity item? Likewise the iPhone ... really strong for a while, but now getting serious competition. So, they are first out of the gate with a unique combo in the iPad, but clearly there is a lot of competition in the pipeline. Can they really keep this up?
