Yes. It has been my feeling that any leader with spine would come to the same conclusion. There is nothing but economic chaos if the banksters and hedgies are allowed to pick off countries like they did with Lehman. Bailout aside, the middle class has already paid too much for their actions in terms of jobs and being able to get loans. We have talked 100's of trillions in derivatives on this board. Things could get much crazier than the Fall 2008.
