The briefing book at the WSJ site has their latest press release:

"Corporate Vision, Inc. is an interactive multimedia company that develops custom programs for the
corporate and consumer markets."

"TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 25, 1996--Corporate Vision, Inc. (Nasdaq BB: CVIA) and Inter Active
Media, a privately-held company in San Francisco, Thursday announced the signing of a letter of intent
whereby CVI will acquire 100% of the common stock of Inter Active Media (IAM) in exchange for cash and
restricted common stock of CVI."

Their chart is not available at WSJ, but I think you can get it on the Telestock Site in the UK. Last week they picked up volume and had a good .20 spread during the day. They've been closing around .75 I think.

Will post additional info here as is becomes available from other forums I frequent if you're interested.
Try an Alta Vista search, I think they have a www site. Done so much research lately I can't keep em all straight.
