The Fix: Tarpon holds the exploration and development rights to the 156,000 acre offshore oil and gas concession known as Block 2 located offshore the Republic of Benin, West Africa. Profco has acquired 50% interest in Tarpon. Profco has agreed to finance certain seismic activities and the drilling and testing of the first exploration well on block 2. Tarpon is a private Benin company.
