Roger,

Why would TakeControl upgrades cause significant revenue when NetGain is coming out in 3-6 months?

Also, if you could inquire at the Conference Friday, I am interested in
1) How is the encryption of data is going to be handled using just a browser?
2) How do they intended to deal with the export controls?
3) Have they given any thought to a International plug-in that was written overseas, for oversea use? This was more-or-less done by volunteers with Pretty Good Privacy and more recently Netscape SSL.
4) At the CC they said they are looking at encryption products from Sun and MSFT. Are they leaning in any one direction, what algorithms are they looking at?

I harp on this not because I am paranoid, but security is an area that can only cause problems. Think of it this way, do you derive any personal benefit from locking your car doors. No, its a hassle. However, if your car had lousy or no locks at all, that would be a serious liability in your decision to purchase. With so few people understanding security issues, I see the potential for huge loss of confidence should BROC sell an insecure product that the customer finds out is insecure after the fact.

Thanks.

-You know, I should just try calling Doug Schultz myself. Do you find BROC people easily available? Might it be because of your large stake?
