Did Mohammed ever exist? Good question. I don't know. This article suggests he did but I would say the evidence is only slightly more than the evidence suggesting Jesus existed: opendemocracy.net In addition, the descriptions of Mohammed made him to be much more human than Jesus. There was no turning the other cheek with Mohammed. He apparently led a number of battles. But even if he did exist I don't much care.
