TO ALL.......

NUZA expected delayed in releasing 10k report for couple of weeks because of "auditing" problems...anyway 4th quarter loss is expected due to debt obligation which has to do with merger/acquisition lately.....but company will be profitable for fiscal '97....NUZA is undervalue at this current price, if most of u are a short term trader, i do not recommend this stock to YOLL because upward momentum will not be realize significantly until on the 3rd fiscal qrt of '97..for '97 fiscal which end on june, the company will gain more than 300% in revenues and 300% in earnings (conservative level)increases from previous '96 fiscal year based at present and future stores ...if u are long term trader, u will be rewarded in 1-3 yrs from now since this stock will be worth atleast $2.00-$3.00 at that time from now....

FYI: Future expansion of NUZA will be based on mergers/acquisitions of other "pizza/restaurant" outlet, this lessen the risk of saturation in the market, and there are still a lot of market in U.S. that it is not saturated...but the big "gain" in revenues and earnings (management are currently pursuing aggressively) is expansion to "international market" especially in pacific asia whereby this restaurant concept is still has alot of room to expand...joint ventures are currently more in the making in international markets ....and more news will be out in the next few months...therefore major increase of revenues and earnings is "sustainable" both short term and long term future.....also, NUZA currently own about 90% of its stores in the U.S. and international .....
