No way you can do it without profiling. Either that, or every white guy that gets pulled over also has to be asked for proof of legal residence. Kind of like the way old ladies are being "randomly selected" by airport security for strip searches. Can't profile, can't discriminate, gotta waste everyone's time because otherwise minorities like me might be "offended." Tenchusatsu
