Perhaps it isn't...but everyone of my real estate clients that listened to my "negativity" during the boom years of the real estate bubble got out and is very happy now. I lost more business than I made when clients went to other agents that would mirror their bullishness on housing. Those agents and those former clients are long gone into BK and financial misery. Only looking at the positive....how'd that work out for the millions that have lost their homes listening to NAR's continual BS? Greenspan and Bernanke saying "There is no bubble"?
